Heather supports clients in all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate matters. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work and is known for her sharp attention to detail, strong research skills, and clear, effective written advocacy.
Previously, Heather practiced in the areas of family law and child protection, where she managed large, complex files and worked closely with senior counsel to resolve disputes involving significant financial assets and deeply personal issues. That experience has translated seamlessly to her estate practice, where her ability to navigate sensitive matters with both precision and empathy makes her a valued advisor to clients and colleagues alike.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, skiing, and spending time with her family.
